    With over 25 years of clinical expertise, Sugi Ganesan is a trusted and highly respected neuro-physiotherapist known for her compassionate, person-centred approach. She specialises in delivering tailored physiotherapy in the comfort of clients’ homes, firmly believing that recovery thrives in familiar, supportive environments. Her practice is built on empathy, dignity, and a commitment to helping individuals reclaim their independence and confidence.

    Sugi has worked extensively across the NHS, private practice, residential care homes, and community settings. Her experience encompasses a broad spectrum of neurological conditions such as Stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple sclerosis (MS), Post-operative functional decline, Vestibular disorders and dizziness, Falls prevention and balance rehabilitation.

    She also participated in  the internationally acclaimed Vestibular Rehabilitation Programme in Atlanta, USA, significantly enhancing her ability to treat complex balance and vestibular conditions with outstanding success.

    With over 25 years of extensive experience in neurorehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, falls prevention, and elderly care, Arul brings deep clinical expertise and a compassionate, person-centred approach to physiotherapy. His professional journey includes 17 years of service within the NHS, where he held diverse and progressively senior roles, including the management of multidisciplinary community rehabilitation teams and inpatient rehabilitation wards.

    Arul specialises in home-based neuro physiotherapy for clients recovering from conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, and other neurological disorders. His holistic, goal-oriented therapy plans focus on restoring function, improving mobility, and enhancing independence — all tailored to the individual needs of each client in the comfort of their own home or in a care home setting.

    His practice is grounded in the latest clinical evidence and guided by best-practice guidelines. Arul is committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care that prioritises dignity, respect, and long-term functional outcomes.
